/g/,
I recently installed the UX Theme Patcher (or whatever it's called) on my PC. When I installed a theme, I restarted my computer as the theme did not work as intended.
Now every time I start up my PC I'm greeted with a flickering white light and I can't do jack shit except get into the BIOS and what-not.
Since it's Windows 10, the ol' "mash F8" trick doesn't work and I cannot get into safe mode. Please help.

I don't have Gentoo on any PC and there is no way I can get it right now. I do have a Kali Linux boot CD, but I don't know if that would be able to help me.
Update: managed to get into safe mode and the fucking computer still flickered and was unusable.
Guys please fucking help I'm desperate.

Maybe I'd consider installing Gentoo if I actually had a computer to download it.
Boot into an install disk, repair the boot manager and rest of file system

That's what I was basically trying at first, but it didn't work.
Now I was greeted with an option to reinstall Windows, but keep all my files. I'm trying that now, but I'm just praying that it doesn't reinstate the trouble-makers.
Do you think if a program directly replaced Windows DLLs that it would use the modified ones instead of fresh copies?
