Ive been using the only one in the world for the last 5 years.

Quality of >60Hz IPS is downright fucking awful and the IPS label is basically just a marketing gimmick. Actually look at one next to a 'real' IPS and you'll understand. People at 1440p are typically much more willing to throw money at their monitor because they're thinking something along the lines of

this leads them to fall for gimmicks like >60Hz IPS.

You have the Eizo Foris FG2421, though that one has a VA panel.
I'd go with VA over IPS though. IPS glow is icky.

i don't think IPS panels can handle faster refresh rates. i don't know why that is though but that's the compromise people make when they decide to get them
