Looking for advice
Ordered a Xiaomi 3.6V 10000mAh USB Mobile Power Source Bank w/ 4-LED Indicators (pic) and it arrived recently, however I'm unable to make it work.
The power button doesn't do anything (when pressed no lights blink) even when charging.
The powerbank itself seems dead, all the lights stay lit once I plug it in to charge (should be blinking to indicate charge %, from what I gather).
Left it connected to charge for half a day and it won't even charge.
Is there a way to fix this or should I try to return it/contact cs?

This was never proven, if you look at the image closely, you see that the first step (writing 64GB to the card) was completed. The second step, verifying failed after 7.5GB, thinking that the few GB left after 7.5GB and the failed 46GB would fail as well is a logical conclusion.
Nobody has ever reproduced this screen to prove it was pulled out halfway of the test.

The verifying is the process of reading the data that's on the card. If the card is pulled it will give a failure.
If you want settle the dispute you can do a test yourself: Grab ANY SD card, run hw2test, and during the verification stage pull it out whenever.
If the screen looks different you have your proof. If it's the same you can just keep asking for proof, it's a win-win
