What's the problem with CE?
I'm a third year EE student looking to go into CE since I plan on staying a NEET after I graduate.

You wind up not having as much software dev knowledge as a CS major, and not enough EE knowledge to get an EE job. IMO the best combo for employability is EE with CS minor or EE with programming side projects.
What's america like for EE anyway?
Is it like here in australia where you can only get jobs with power/telecommunication majors?
