My trusty PoS office chair is falling apart, and this time I'd like to get something that'll last. I'm 6'4, 200lbs and both work and play in my chair, so I'm looking for something comfy, durable and preferably with removable arms, though I could always hack them off myself.

I got this Dauphin chair, super sturdy, heavy and adjustable, it's meant for office use so necessarily sofa-like comfy for the evenings if you plan to use it that way

I went on cl and saw a company that fell for the standing up is better meme and manage to grab steelcase leap chairs for $20 each. My back never felt so good. Also avoid all bonded leather chairs.
