One internal hard disk and one external hard disk, both 2 TB each
I do incrementals every morning. I don't back everything up. Just the important stuff like the operating system partition and documents etc. btw Macrium Reflect ftw.

CCC allows a 'safety net' - I specify in size. So I get 100GB worth of 'older' files. These get overwritten as more changes.

FreeNAS AFP share. 4TB RaidZ. From there - I do a weekly rsync to a Linux box with an LTO5 tape drive and take that offsite to swap.
