I know you guys arent supposed to be tech support but i am incapable on understanding why my 1440p 144Hz monitor is only getting 60Hz, I have a 980Ti and im using Display Port. Please help?

this, also don't have a 3D program on a different screen when playing vidya if that monitor is not 60hz, windows will drive primary display down to 60Hz

This shit pisses me off with Win 8/10. I don't really mind Win 10 in general and would update to it, but this issue is making me stay on 7.
