And the deprecated programs are like that because TDE is meant to be a maintenance of KDE3. Like how MATE is with GNOME 2

Also I just noticed that TDE had no problems with screen tearing on my T61 while I had to use compton to get proper compositing on MATE
Doesnt work on my setup for some reason. Constant sound effects and i cant change my monitors to not be mirrored.
Might fuck with it more once i get a x61s or something.
