This is entirely dependent on your video cards, not your mobos. Why the fuck would you think it depends on the mobo? Think about it for a minute.
If your mobo has a pci-E x1 slot at the top, and your soundcard is pci-E x1 compatible then yes. Be wary of your pci lanes.
well since they're all a standard size it would depend on the thickness of your card(s)
