I've been using KISS launcher for months. I never used widgets anyway and I like how it works in the same manner as gnome does on my laptop. Everything and everyone of my contacts is just one or two taps away and I no longer spend time swiping around trying to remember what I was looking for in the first place when everything is just available instantly. Using Duckduckgo as a search option, I can use the !bangs to get to Google maps, YouTube or whatever directly too. I have the keyboard automatically show and can launch stuff without looking or paying attention by swiping on the keyboard... Searching without thinking about it has become second nature. It's FOSS and the devs accept contributions and suggestions. So what alternative launchers does /g use... and why?
