I just compiled Linux using Visual Studio. Does that mean I'm now running Microsoft/Linux?

GNU Linux is an operating system by itself. It has the GNOME/gtk userland and a kernel named Linux-libre. Many people use the Linux kernel instead of Linux -ibre. So they are running GNU/Linux.
If you are running Linux that has been compiled with Visual Studio you might call it Spyware/Linux because of the telemetry backdoor inside the VS compiler. Or just call it Rajesh/Linux for obvious reasons.
You're running Poo/Loonix
No, you didnt

Which only happens on debug compile. A release compile doesn't insert any of that or any additional code that VS debug relies on.
