Yeah but the cpu is better, ram is faster(which makes a difference since its almost double the frequency and dual channel), SSD is twice as large, and you can oc cpu and gpu since it comes with the wrath coolet
CPU, case and RAM could be bought used with no problems and you'd basically cut half or even more on the price on those components.

OP, check your craigslist for 7850's/7870's R9 265/270/270X and see if you can find one under $100. That will do even better than the 360. (a 370 is a rebranded 7850. The 265 was a rebranded 7850 as well. 270/X are 7870's.)
