Telecommunications Infrastructure Technician of about a decade.

Would like to know what kind of schooling would be best to further my career.

Thinking of going in the direction of SS7, TCP/IP, thorough understanding of Hardware/Firmware/Software used in the communications industry including everything on the external network side of modems.
