My hard drive apparently sucks ass and i can barely run anything above 30 fps. I don't care if it takes 7 years to boot up my pc or other shit that's on my hard drive right now, but if I get an SSD can I just transfer all my games on there with no problem? From this pic it seems as if my hard drive is the only thing shitting the bed right now.

depending on the method for initial texture loading a slow or failing hard disk drive will indeed impact frame rate.

yes you can copy the games but not all of them are guaranteed to work, especially if they save shit in your profile folders
if it's steam games, you can just copy the steamapps folder over and when you go "install" them it'll first look up existing files and download any missing shit
