How can I make my CM completely gapps-free?
The only reason I have gapps installed is because I want notifications. How can I receive notifications without gapps?

I just installed CM, F-droid and my other shit but never got a SINGLE notification from e.g Snapchat. I though I had to install a notification serivce or something like that.
