-inb4 "PC masterrace" I needed a mac for school, if I could have used a Windows I would have.
Anyway, the only user on my Macbook is me, and it says in Users that I use 77 gigs total, but when I go to my hard drive, it says I'm using over 100 gigs. What do?
Pic related, my hard drive

Probably it's a difference between apparent size on disk, and the size of the data itself.

The platters I've lost...
The NAND cells I've lost...
They won't stop hurting

Its all fine you idiot. your user folder is 77Gb, 29gb is your apps, and ~10gb is system.

Buy bigger ssd
Use cloud storage
Use "daisy disk" to find largest files and delete them
Turn on compression with "clusters" app. It is not on-the-fly compression, so use it only with static data.
