Similar story here. Sent a laptop in for repair that had a broken keyboard & touchpad.
Got the same laptop back with a keyboard that had different keys not working and a touchpad with the left mouse button not working.
Half the screws on the bottom were missing, including the one for the DVD drive which made the computer crash if the drive moved a millimetre.
The technician's name on the repair sheet was Leroy or Jamal or something.
