Boot from the .iso, put it on another USB drive or something. In the setup, the external hard drive should be one of the block devices (lsblk).

From there on, follow the guide on the wiki.

If you can't make a notable USB drive you sure as hell can't install Arch. Try Ubuntu first.
>download rufus
>download ISO
>plug in usb
>open rufus
>select the USB drive
>find box that says "FreeDOS" or "MS-DOS"
>select "ISO image" instead
>click button next to that and find Ubuntu image you download earlier
>click start
>wait 5-10 minutes
>close program and unplug drive
Follow a guide for the actual installation, dumbass. If you don't then you'll probably end up formatting your entire drive (hurr yes it deletz tha winderz).
