Is there any point in an upgrade?

I made this 4 years ago. I game at 1080p and use it for some light work stuff like Matlab and autocad.
Recently i was thinking about making another build but this one has no issues and every game worth playing i usually get 60 fps or more on Mid-high settings easily.
I see everyone talking about the 480 and 1060/1070. Is there any point getting any of this is? What am i missing?

i have a gtx 670 and i know that a 1060 or 480 would improve a lot my experience in games like Witcher 3

Get a PSU that's not going to blow up on you first.

You don't need to spend 1000 euros, because all of the other parts are fine. Get a better power supply, and if you want to upgrade the GPU, even the mid range cards will give you a substantial increase in performance. You can also obviously sell the old card to offset some of the cost.
RX480 Nitro or EVGA 1060 - $250 (well probably not for the $1060 but you get my drift)
80+ Gold 650w - $70-$100 depending on if you want modular or not

Ye, i thought about a better psu + gpu combo.
But i think the performance increase vs price is not worth it. Maybe aim at a better gpu wouldn't be a bad idea. But since im gaming 1080p maybe it isn't worth it

this. had a shitty 650w psu burnout on me recently. I was lucky that all my components survived. Get something atleast bronze 80+ if you dont want a nice housefire.
