I've got an old mac pro 1.1 and have flashed 2.1 firmware

I've got an old mac pro 1.1 and have flashed 2.1 firmware and have it running yosemite. I have a Zotac GTX 570 in it and want to flash a mac EFI for boot screens can I do this?
