One single supply of boxes with a small auxiliary supply of stickers simplifies demand flow as it doesn't require reprinting of boxes to match demand for either card. It might be cheaper to print boxes from a production standpoint, but if you just stockpile lots of one box and stickers, you reduce the number of reprint runs and print switching you need to do.
