Yeah the phone with the 720p display is the Redmi 3/3s. Those phones have a 5in display and Snapdragon 616 SoC which is a bit gimped compared to the 650 on the Note 3 Pro.
At the moment I can see the cheapest at $180 for the 32GB/3GB RAM although it looks like Geekbuying may soon sell it for $167.

One thing if you're American you may have issues with 4G connectivity depending on your service provider, you may want to check the archives on this board because I've seen people say it does work on some service providers.

I'd second that. Although Oppo have recently decided "fuck it" and scrapped anything original about ColorOS or their hardware. Aesthetics aside, which are lifted straight from iOS, they dropped most of their original applications and rewrote them. The browser on my R7 was fine. The music player was good. Now the browser is just Opera, and the music player looks like something an intern shat out.
Look at this fucking thing. It's a great phone, but god I wish Apple would just sue the shit out of everyone so we can finally force the Chinese to look for designers.
