Oc it so much can cause problems, oc or undervolt the memory too much and it can cause these problems. If this is an issue with the new triangle culler under heavy load it needs to be shown to AMD, but is likely just a driver fix than a hardware issue

This is what you get for buying a rebranded hawaii card. These GPUs have a huge failure rate and most of them die in 6 months to a year. It's even worse with the 390 and 390x because it has a factory OC and more voltage going through it.
