I had the same thing with MSI actually. Bought a GTX 460 from eBay that turned out to be a faulty piece of trash, but it was so cheap as to not even be worth returning (since this was in 2014). Managed to RMA it through MSI directly and they sent me back a GTX 570 as a replacement. Still have it as a backup card to my MSI GTX 1070, which just replaced my MSI GTX 780.

Nah, they don't. Three years on graphics cards, which is about the norm. My EVGA PSU had a ten year warranty though. XFX used to offer a lifetime warranty for graphics cards, but they stopped it as it was costing them too much money.
