What's the best service for encrypted mail with custom

What's the best service for encrypted mail with custom domains? I'm currently using Tutanota but holy shit the mobile app it's fucking terrible and it seems to go down a lot.

I've looked at ProtonMail but it's waaay too expensive for custom domains.

I've also looked at Mailbox.org, but the fact that it works with POP/IMAP while the others don't raises suspicions about how secure it is compared to the others (although I might just be retarded and it's completely fine).
