Isopropyl Alcohol worked for me as well.
Mix bleach and ammonia in a cup then dip the ram in it. Not only will it act as a coolant coating, it will dissolve the glue quickly and effectively.

Stick the RAM in the freezer. The living glue-esque stuff will die a slow and painful death before shriveling up and falling off.
Make sure it's fully dead before you remove it from the freezer. You don't want superglue, now.
