Alright guys I'm a complete retard when it comes to anything like this but I was just thinking would this be possible?

The gold Casio has the shitty green backlight and these other ones illuminate the entire screen blue

Do you think I could just buy one of the illuminati in watches take it apart and put the new piece into the gold watch?

Modules are generally interchangeable. Many people put recent modules from brand new watches into vintage Casios quite often, mostly because good old Casios were steel.

Regardless, you'd only be $15 at loss.
