Who the fuck would use Edge? Microsoft has perennially put out shit-tier browsers with low compatibility with W3 standards. Neat HTML/CSS feature? It's likely not available, implemented wrongly, or buggy in IE/Edge.
The only reason to use IE/Edge is to download a different browser.

It had trouble doing the most basic things, I checked the procs in the vm and it was hogging twice as much as chrome without even being full of tabs. Some companies learn from their mistakes and they're honest about their problems. Microsoft is not one of these companies

However out of all the Web browsers I've used in my life it's the only one that doesn't make me puke after an hour of using it because the ui looks OK
I'm embarrassed to say that it's superior to Firefox speed-wise.
But it will never get extension support so ultimately, it will fail.

IMO for the tech illiterate (that doesn't use extensions) it seems like a pretty good browser.
If they want me to make the jump from Chrome to Edge they'll have to add extension support + more.
Maybe they'll make chrome extensions compatible with Edge, that'd probably be enough since I prefer Edge UI.
