I just bought a new boost mobile phone from amazon. Do I have to go in to the shop and tell them I got a new phone? Will they charge me to activate it? And can I put my case and screen saver on ahead of time? Because all boost mobile employees I have ever met are muslim or mexican. And I don't trust them with my phone because they don't speak english very well.

I believe all you have to do is call a number to have them activate the phone once you get it and then you'll be able to use it. That was the procedure a few years ago so I suppose now you can activate it online in some webpage, but I haven't checked so IDK.
