Is it unwise to install Nightly releases to be used as a daily driver? The only version supported on my device is Nightly.

nightlies r kul trust me.
>>55462004
Hmm?
>>55461881
nightlys are pretty much completely stable, they just get updated every night.
>>55462017
Okay cool. And can you update to a newer Nightly release directly from your phone? Sort of like an OTA update?

They have bugs, you will notice them. Depending on the specific build they might be a deal breaker.

Don't do this buddy. If you OTA update nightlies over nightlies your system gets bugguer and buggier
>>55462035
Alright I won't.

Yeah sometimes
I'm using the nightlies for redmeme 2 and i noticed you cant use Bluetooth speakers because it reboots after some time but otherwise pretty good
Alright lads I'm going balls deep, wish me luck

sometimes even unexpected ones, like rebooting right after pin frw days AFTER installing nightly. keep a backup or two. it's a MUST

i wouldn't say that it's unwise. You might experience some broken stuff from time to time but flashing the previous nightly or doing a fresh install often solves everything.
I have been running cm nightlies on my 2013 moto g for over a year now and I can confirm that's way better solution than relying on stable releases (or running the stock os that has even slower update cycle).
