I've obtained pic related. It's an ancient drawing tablet rocking a 1Ghz CPU and I upgraded the ram to 1gb. The disk is fucked though and I don't have a replacement yet. Do you think it could be worth it to resurrect this thing to start drawfagging for free? The pen seems to work well but due to the disk issue I can't install anything before it hangs. I wanted to try some old photoshop version but the disk is totally fucked and it keeps hanging and bluescreening.

What do you think? Can you drawfag on such a device or should I just say fuck it and buy a drawing tablet from this decade ?

Works great for drawing. The pen tech in it is made by Wacom. 256 levels of pressure is a bit archaic, but most drawing software provides smoothing to minimize the effects.
You can boot Linux off a USB drive and use mypaint or Krita for drawing.

What is the interface of the disk? mini IDE?

I believe you can find SSDs for bizarre storage interfaces in Chinese internet such as Taobao. I've seen a 1.8" IDE interface 32gb flash memory on it before.
