Either of those is good, "N" just means that it doesn't include Internet Explorer and other BS stuff. The ultimate is the version with most features, so it would be "Windows 7 Ultimate with Service Pack 1 (x64) - DVD (English)" (the second one). I know that this one is available on kickass because I downloaded it 3 weeks ago, it had less than 10 seeds IIRC.
