Same nigga, hard same. I wanted to replace this phone last year but nothing even comes close to matching the aesthetics.
The battery still lasts me a full day with 3-4 hours of SoT and no lag with stock 5.1 ROM.
This phone was literally HTC's only hope and they threw away everything good when they made the M8, M9. The 10 looked like it would finally be worth upgrading to but they managed to fuck that one up as well.
If I could get the exact same body with a larger battery, higher megapixel camera and an updated CPU I would be willing to pay fucking 2 grand for that.

It's not terrible, I love it, the only big negative is the PCIe risers that allow you to mount the cards vertically, I've had 2 replaced as they went faulty after a while, and one DOA, I've took them out and mounted the cards normally now, waiting to find risers that aren't shit before I mount them vertical again.

One little thing, the foam wall isn't really usefull when fully covered, you might want to put some on the ceilling and go with diffusion rather than absorption.
You can see on my picture that I stopped giving a fuck and screwed the speakers on the walls, not even properly placed. That's because it doesn't matter the price of your speakers and all the foam, if the room is shit and your speakers have to be against a wall (especially the models we have with rear vents) there's not much to do, buy an open Headset for finetune mixing !
