im starting uni again this september
for the third fucking time for a 3rd diplom
i want to get a new laptop but i really dont need an expensive one because ill be just using it for internet, maybe watching streams and office, codeblocks, ladder programing software and maybe oracle and shit like that
ill traveling around a lot so it will be required
normally id just buy a lenovo, middle category or something
there is no price range but id go for the minimum i need
any suggestions?

Thinkpad 13 looks pretty good, I'll probably end up getting one.
All the benefits of an ultrabook whilst not having tacky consumer build quality and having a back panel that comes off so you can clean / upgrade.
Pretty cheap too.

Its the jack of all trades and the master of some too and will definitely last you for 4-5 years. The screen is decent unlike Lenovo's Chink-shit and build quality is miles better than HP. The backlit keyboard and the fact that you can run GTA V at ~32+fps are bonuses.
