Just tried it for the first time today on an hp mini 311. Its feels pretty snappy. I like it so far. Seems to be pretty good for just browsing and simple things like that

It kinda seems that way though I'm no expert. I just always heard it ran well on older laptops and netbooks which is what made me try it

Puppy was my first distro used on a really old Toshiba Satellite. I think it's one of the friendliest minimal linux distros.
