So far, yes. Had a lot of reservations because lack of SD card slot and "le pentile shit display" but SD card shit was nitpicking and the screen at least from what my eyes can tell is just fine. Can't make out pixels with my bare eye or anything.

OnePlus One. You might think "it isn't much of an upgrade" but the reason I opted to was more for better reception on T-Mobile and stronger wifi reception that the older phone. The 3 gets T-Mobile on all its bands and the wifi antenna doubled my at home speed. Better camera and smaller form factors are also pluses.

Software needs massive work. I'm mainly waiting for a better selection of Roms that actually work for this thing. I'm hopping off oxygen OS first chance I get. It's not bad, but I'm used to so much more versatility in my ROM than this offers.
Also, the phone comes with a factory installed screen protector. You'd think "oh nice, one less thing to worry about" but the fucking thing doesnt even cover the whole screen. Few millimeters on both sides that aren't covered so you get this obvious outline very noticeable when you're looking at it. Finger keeps hitting it too. Bought some full coverage ones on Amazon. They'll be here in a few days.

Price and screen is quite bad. Not in the sense of color accuracy but more so brightness. Take whatever phone you have now and put it on 75-80% and that'll probably match HTCs 100% max brightness

I came from a OPO and the sound of the OP3 is using the stock Qualcomm SoC DAC and it's pretty punchy, but I still miss the Yamaha DAC from the OPO. Furthermore, the Bluetooth audio volume is just...bad. It's too quiet leading me to crank the volume up in the car to get the same results as the OPO. Pretty disappointed there.
