picked one of these up at a flea market a few days ago but it didnt come with a manual and there is literally 0 information about this model (sencore cg141) anywhere online
i'd like to hook it up to a television but im not sure what on the rgb cables i need to hook up to considering there's no grounding (i can take more pics of the wires coming out of this thing necessary)

Those are banana jacks op. You'd need to find or rig up a banana to RCA cable.
