I have one from 2001 that was the shit back then (PC-71) but is pretty shitty by today's standards.

All cases back in those days were pretty shit by todays standard.
There was no innovation, it was all about the outer looks of the case and not much else.
The inside of every case was pretty much a cookie cutter design just made out of different metals.

I've actually been watching the listing, I know it's not going to go that fast because of the price but at the same time there are only 500 of them and I'm a little worried they're going to sell out before I can pull the money together. It's definitely top priority though.

Are you 13 years old?
I love Lian Li and have owned a couple of their cases over the past decade or so, but when it comes to build quality and materials, nothing matches Caselabs.
And I doubt anyone ever will because of the price premium required to deliver aluminum at that gauge, custom ordered, to such a small market.
I do fucking love Lian Li, though. Especially for their business model--- specifically for how often they're able to release new designs. Small batches, one and done, unless demand appears again.

I like my Define R4 a lot. Simple, plenty of hard drive space, and quiet as hell. Pretty much everything I need in a case with no fancy fuckery going on.
