SSD for booting, spinning drive for storage

in a desktop I can live with a 128gb boot drive

that hybrid shit is for laptops and cramped/minitowers that have space issues IMO

If they have all that damn free space they should just make a full size 12.5mm drive and fill all the empty space with flash chips and offer a SSD+HDD rather than this hybrid cached crap.

I think hybrid ssds are only a good option when either
Youre too poor for a proper ssd
You dont have the physical space for 2 drives but still need the size of traditional hard drives and speed of ssds
