I'm about to start trying to implement ads on an iPhone game I'm making. What framework is best?
I want banner ads at the bottom and fullscreen ads between every second life like most games seem to have nowadays.

Can't answer what framework is the best, but limit ads to only be viewed to reward players. Watch the GDC talk that the devs of Crossy Road gave, their monetization methodology is one of the best in the mobile industry.

Cuts off a huge demographic from playing, ie Kids. Kids will make the dev more money by sharing it with friends/schoolmates, and continued play (and thus continued ad revenue).
