I fell for the Rock Zircon meme and they broke after only 3 weeks of use. The cable is broken where it connects to the right earpiece, and it will cut in and out when bending the cable right. Sound was pretty good but it turns out the build quality was shit.
It may not be entirely clear from the picture but the inside of the transparent plastic that encapsulates the cable where it meets the earpiece is wider than the actual cable which can slightly move around with bending. Presumably this is why it's now broken.

Get the Xiaomi. It's a meme for a reason, just get rid of MIUI when you get it. Averaging about 3 days with light-medium use, 1-2 with heavy. It also survived a go inside my couch's reclining mechanism while I was drunk with only a light bend and no cracks, so it's not going to fall apart when you open the box.
That said, I haven't tried the V10 and I don't like Apple phones.
