Just upgrade your current windows for free.

Then use the w10 download tool to make usb. Use that for a fresh install. It will automatically activate because it uses serial numbers from your motherboard to confirm its the same machine.

Now you have W10 for free and legit. Remember: Upgrade then fresh install.
