Was thinking about dropping the Noctua cooler since I won't need to OC / can't OC. Purpose of this build is programming, video games, a little CAD + rendering + computation. Will use Windows and will have one virtual machine running Debian. Want something powerful, small, and silent.
Please don't recommend any i5 processors since I need the hyper threading. Also, 256 GB of storage is more than enough for me. Thanks!
