I was looking into fibre for my (student) house next year and sse seems to have a pretty good deal atm
the only downside to it seems to be traffic shaping, but I think everyone does that anyways. Regardless, you can get around that with a vpn and it should still be cheaper than the next best, I would avoid sky.
