Guys,why can't I install windows 10(or any other Windows)

Guys,why can't I install windows 10(or any other Windows) 64-bit version?
When I try to run setup for x64,I get msg saying:"This app can't run on your PC"

Boot from the installation media instead of running anything on it once you're already booted into Windows.
