It's the opposite for me. I have rubber dome keyboards that lasted like you wouldn't believe. At least 50 spills, orange juice, soda, beer, etc. It was just a ibm black usb keyboard I got for free somewhere.
Mechanical keyboards? 2x blackwidows failed on me, 0 spills. One had keys stop working (switches were fine - removed them and tested) other one had a similar issue. I blame that on razer.
Filco? keys started having problems, they worked fine but felt off. Probably because I smoke cigarettes and type. But it's pretty fucking stupid that a little ash would fuck them up that much.
Adesso at work is actually holding up pretty well.
The best mechanical keyboard is the unicomp model m. That thing is a beast.

I have the k3 note which is the slightly bigger and better one. Works great, good battery life and has custom rom support by a few folk. Only complaint is that it has weird updating, I updated to marshmallow over twrp but you literally needed to update through OTA or else notification bar just wouldn't work. Strangest fucking issue and it was fucking with me for the longest time.
