what's up /g/uys i just started working at an office but my eyes are getting really tired (i don't wear glasses) so im looking into ways of not damaging my eyes such as the 20-20-20 rule and what my question is.
Are they any glasses that help protect my eyes?
I know about Gunnars but they look sketchy i would love to know if you have any experience thanks for your time

I use gunners because I like to look at my monitor in the dark with no lights on in the room.
I'm not sure if it's just placebo, but I'm not blind yet and my eyes definitely aren't getting strained as much. (That could just be because of the tint).
Just buy some might driving glasses. They work the same but are waaay cheaper

I meant night
put monitor brightness to 100%
lower RGB color temp because brightness is at 100%
enjoy no or less pwm
Just download flux
I CAN SEE IT
I CAN SEE ALL OF IT
Just get a slight reading prescription from an optometrist. They don't have that gay yellow tint and you get a wider choice of frames.
If your insurance covers optical it can also cost way less
