Buy the GTX 1070 but not the ASUS Strix.
Gainward Phoenix GLH and Palit GameRock Premium Edition are the best choice for this card. Just take the one which is cheaper because they both have no noticeable difference so it's whatever.

You should buy the Asus one. It's noisier than some of the others thanks to those three rinky-dink fans. The MSI Gaming X and Gaiward/Palit Phoenix/Jetstream models are inaudible under load.
