so i noticed, for seemingly no reason, i have a shitty, pixelated, and gross pink boarder around almost any window that i have open (except for Chrome, thankfully). the pic says it all.
im completely at a lack here and i tried googling it but only found irrelevant stuff.
so yea.... wtf is going on here? can someone please help me with this.
