So /g/ I want to pursue a degree in CE but I won't be able to attend a formal classroom setting. I already work in the technology sector and spend about 90 days a year traveling to China for my job, which I really enjoy. It isn't possible to quit to attend full time either, my job is direct experience for what I want to do with a degree.
Is there an online CE degree worthwhile?
>inb4 DeVry
>inb4 just do CS
ASU offers an Electrical Engineering degree which is almost entirely online IIRC. Its not exactly CE but CE is essentially a subset of EE. Also I'm not so sure how programs from ASU are viewed in the US in comparison to deVry, so yeah just a thought.

That's more or less my concern.
The quality of the teachings and the legitimacy of the online school.

>90 days a year traveling
Why is that enjoyable? What do you do? Not to sound like an asshole, but I have to travel about 20 days a year and I fucking hate it.

ASU does not list whether or not you took an online degree; however, the classes can be hit-or-miss.

The traveling isn't the fun part but my job itself is extremely enjoyable. Bad phrasing on the OP.
I work on testing fixture development for a large tech company. Fixture programming and a small amount of EE troubleshooting for FA.

That's good to know. Thank you.
